Olivier Grenet studied Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the University of Paris. He obtained his Ph.D in Molecular Biology evaluating the cellular events involved in the cyclosporine A- induced renal side effects.
He has been at Novartis Pharma for 12 years, and in his current position he is in charge of a team focusing on gene expression analysis using PCR.
His main interest is the mechanistic understanding of adverse events in pre-clinical and clinical studies. As such, he is involved in the development and validation of PCR biomarker assays to be used in pre-clinical and clinical studies.
He is the author of several publications patents describing the use of safety biomarker as well as disease-related genomic markers.

Ramon Goni has an engineering degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC). He started his research track at the Institute for Research in Biomedicine (Barcelona), specializing in the study of new genomics drug targets for anti-gene therapies. Later he joined the Barcelona Super Computer Center to work on prediction of genes in humans and develop an innovating platform to simulate DNA dynamics in genomic scale. Before he joined Integromics, he was Assistant Teacher of Databases and Bioinformatics at the University of Vic.
His role within Integromics is to coordinate the global market needs and Integromics’ R&D department.
